Terms of Service
The service
Road Record provides vehicle history reports compiled from third-party and public data sources. A report reflects the records available to us when it was generated.
No guarantee of completeness
Data sources can contain errors or gaps. The absence of a record does not prove that an event did not happen. A report does not replace an independent physical inspection.
Payment
Reports are paid for once per vehicle and plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in AED before you pay.
Refunds
If a report cannot be generated, or you believe it contains an error, contact support and we will review your request.
Acceptable use
Reports are for your personal use when evaluating a vehicle. You may not resell, scrape or bulk-redistribute report content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
